Generation Next.

Photos by the talented Oisin McHugh - Check out his website here.
I love partnering up with someone else for a shoot so when fellow Limerick Blogger Aoife from That Indie Irish Blog asked to collaborate, I jumped at the opportunity! I love her quirky, vintage style yet I find that even though we have similar enough style, we bounce well off each other! Sharing a love for Vintage Clothing, how could we not wear something from The Edge Clothing Company. Honestly it's like a hidden gem in Limerick City with the most incredible vintage finds. Contrasting basic colours and bright prints, I kind of fell in love with both looks, two very similar looks but different in their own way! I love how we are both very driven young girls, in their early 20's we have a clear vision of who we want to be and where we want to go. A strong love of fashion which is evident in both our blogs and a uniqueness that stands out. Despite the fact we may both be young, I think society shouldn't under estimate the younger generation. As they say, "The world is your Oyster!".

Where Have I Been?

I have literally been MIA from my blog over the last few weeks and there isn't even an excuse for it really, I was just too busy! Life kind of got in the way and unfortunately my blog posts just had to take a back seat. August is always a busy month for me, and in reality I think it is a busy month for everyone! Between finishing off the Summer Holidays, getting ready to head back to College, August just kind of slips by! The last few weeks have just been mental for me and I suppose it's good in a way to show followers/readers that even though it looks like I live a great life going to different events here and there, that at the end of the day I am still a 21 year old student working 2 jobs, trying to maintain a social life, a strong education along with taking a step back from the digital world and actually spending physical time with my friends and family without a phone in my hand. One things for certain though, I am very excited to get back to the grind in September and I can't wait to see what the rest of 2016 has in store for myself and Love Life. I always feel like September is a fresh start, the Autumnal weather rolls in, new season styles are among us, people are heading back to school and college, it just seems like a month of new beginnings.
But before September creeps upon us, I have a VERY exciting end to August and my summer holidays! While I am writing this, I have just begun my 3 weeks holidays from work - yippeee! Even though I do love my job, it is nice to have a bit of time off for some R&R! I have a busy few weeks holidays and I can't wait. Next week I head off to Santa Ponsa (pray for me) with 7 of my best friends for a week of absolute madness - I mean you do only live once. The day after i'm home, I am then heading to Electric Picnic for the weekend with my Dad and I am so excited! EP is a festival I have wanted to go to for years so the fact I am going this year with my Dad makes it very special. I also have my best friends 21st party, a lot of catching up with friends and family to do and somewhere in between there will be a lot of naps to catch up on - haha!
So not to worry, you will be inundated with outfit posts, lookbooks and so much more over the next few weeks that I can't wait to share all this new exciting content with you all. Be sure to follow my social media channels for regular updates because that is where I will updating my holidays looks and so much more on a daily basis! Until then, thank you so so much to every single one of you for continuously supporting my blog Love Life and myself. Every like, comment, message etc motivates me everyday to follow my dreams and you all are making my dreams become my reality so thank you! This is only the beginning of Love Life and I can't wait to share my new adventures with you all.

Lots of love,

You Don't Need to Break The Bank.

Top, Jacket & Skirt - Primark ll Shoes - Korkys ll Backpack - Michael Kors
If you are anything like me then you like to treat yourself on a regular basis! Honestly new clothes just brighten up my day and while I know I should not have so much love for materialistic possessions, I do. While I would consider myself possibly a shopaholic, I never spend a fortune on clothes and I couldn't justify spending a lot of money on one item of clothing either. Trends and styles change so much it wouldn't be worth spending a small fortune on something unless its going to last you a lifetime. This transitional season I find myself in Primark (Penneys) picking up new pieces at least once a week, the quality of their pieces are second to none for the price you pay! Like how amazing is this "Washed Out Denim Jacket" you would nearly think it was an original Levi's piece. Styling this look up with some of my wardrobe must haves at the moment, you are set for whatever the day has in store!
