Dare To Be Different.

In a world where everyone follows trends (me included on occasions), it is nice to see someone being themselves and spreading their individuality. I think 2016 was the year people lost who they really were. If you weren't an "eyebrow on fleek, huarache loving, slaaaaying contoured girl" well then, you didn't fit in - simple as! It doesn't even annoy me, it upsets me when I see young girls and boys hiding who they truly are for fear they won't fit in. Shouldn't we be promoting individuality rather than suppressing it?
"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment" - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Which brings me onto this look, the moment I laid my eyes on this MissGuided "Berry Faux Fur Coat", I knew I wanted it but you know what? It took me over 2 weeks to decide was I brave enough to actually get it and wear it for fear of what people would think - isn't that ridiculous! Pairing it with simple "Mom Jeans" and a "Black Polo" to keep it the key piece of this entire look. And of course to add a little quirky edge, my "Net Socks" were a must!
