Faux Fur Season

The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting colder which means it's Faux Fur Season for me. The minute I get a slight breeze of the freezing cold, my faux fur's are out for the for-seeable future. I just think they are the most glam pieces to own and can be worn for both casual looks and real glam looks. I have my fair share from previous A/W's which I adore and love but have slowly but surely been stocking up my wardrobe with a few new additions this season, starting off with this PrettyLittleThing number. I think a "Black Faux Fur Jacket" is a no brainer to have in your wardrobe. It is an incredibly versatile piece to own and this one is one of my favourites. It's short hair feel and velvety smooth texture is what dreams are made of. Styling it up today with quite a simple look of Mom Jeans, an Oversized Jumper and of course my beloved Vans - my go too look. I think this beauty will definitely be worn to death this season and I cannot wait to style it up a number of different ways!

I May Never Take It Off!

I have been sorta slacking on blog posts recently (I seem to be saying that a lot lately) but my personal life has just gotten a little crazy. Working full time and balancing my blog has started to take it's toll so I needed to take a step back for myself for awhile. I am such a creative soul and put so much pressure on myself to create perfect content for my blog - I never want to be known as someone who just sticks up "Instagram Photos". I want my posts to tell you all a story and give you all a little insight into my life and why I love fashion as much as I do. That being said, being a perfectionist means the smallest task takes a long time for me and with very limited free time available, I end up kicking my posts to the side, making myself feel like a constant disappointment. I am not this size zero, popular girl - I am me. I am strange in my own way, the furtherest thing from a girly girl, I struggle with my size and appearance like everyone else and I express myself through what I wear - it's who I am and that is the me I want you all to know.
I suppose in a way what I am trying to say is, I wish I had more time to create blog content but posts are going to be "few and far between" for the next while as work gets busier and I continue to work on myself. I am so lucky that I have the loveliest people reading my posts and sending me some wonderful messages - it means the world. One day soon I will juggle everything properly but until then enjoy my very scattered blog life.

The Colour Of The Season with Primark*

I think it is fair to say that if you look in any store or any Bloggers Instagram Feed that Red is without a doubt the colour of A/W this year & I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! It is such a rich colour that brightens up any look so when I came across this amazing Red Oversized Coat from Primark for only €40, I knew it had to be mine. I actually saw a similar one in Topshop a few weeks back that was 4 times the price and completely identical so I wasn't letting this beauty slip by me. For this look today I wanted to keep things nice and simple, my usual day off attire so of course Mom Jeans were a must. They are fast becoming my favourite style of jean to wear with their high-waisted shape and relaxed look. To keep things really simple, a basic Black Jumper was a must and this high-neck one from Primark is a fav of mine. So much so that I actually picked it up in 4 other colours - can you ever have enough clothes, haha. To add a little bit of glam to such a simple look, I had to hop on the Baker Boy Trend with this simple beauty for €5 - Primark have me sorted this Autumn/Winter.
